Seperate each biscuit into 3 or 4 layers. Mix the
cream cheese and Savannah Southern Praline Mix together.
Add in the powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Add 1/2
tablespoon of mixture to each biscuit layer. Fold over and
crimp edges together with tine of fork. Bake at 400 degrees
for 8 to 10 min. until golden brown. Remove from oven
and add glaze.

Savannah Southern Praline Mix
With electric mixer, whip softened cream
cheese until fluffy. Serve with red and green apple slices
(dipped in lemon juice to prevent browning,)
use as a dip with animal crakers, vanilla wafers, butter cookies,
pound cake chunks...or try frosting a cake with it...super fast and
easy to buy an angel food cake and use this frosting.
Stir together 8 cups Quaker Oats Cereal and 2 cups pecan halves in a 13 x
9 pan. Melt 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup Southern Praline
Mix and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Heat until boiling and gently cook for
about 2 minutes. Pour over cereal and nuts. Stir to coat well. Bake at 250
degrees for one hour. Spread on cookie sheet to cool.
Savannah Southern Praline Mix
Stir together the cereal and pecan halves in a
9x13 pan. In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the brown sugar
and Savannah Southern Praline Mix. Heat to boiling
cook for 2 min. Remove from heat. Stir the baking soda into
this mixture until foamy. Pour over the cereal and nuts.
Stir to cool well. Bake at
250 degrees for 1 hour.
Spread on cookie sheet to cool.
Savannah Southern Strawberry Mix
Beat until smooth. Chill. Serve as dip with
animal crackers, vanilla wafers, strawberries
or other fresh fruit.
Peel and thinly slice 4 to 5 navel oranges into rounds. Pour 1/2 cup Savannah
Almond Mix over orange slices -
marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Place in desert bowl with
scoop of orange sherbet on top, drizzled
with Almond Mix. Try this with Savannah Peach Mix, too.
Fill a warmed mug 3/4 full with good, strong, hot coffee. Add 1 tablespoon
Almond or Hazelnut Savannah Southern Mix and 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup.
Stir well. Top with flavored Terrific Whipped Topping and shaved chocolate.
Whirl in blender until smooth 1 cup Strawberry ice-cream or frozen non-fat
yogurt, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup Almond Mix. Also delicious with Black Cherry
or Cherry Vanilla ice-cream or frozen yogurt.
Blend 1/2 cup Orange Spice Mix, a shot of espresso & vanilla or chocolate
ice cream together until smooth. Garnish with orange slice and shaved chocolate.
Fill a tall drinking glass with 1/4 cup cranberry juice, 1/4 cup Cinnamon
Mix, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. and top off with club soda.
Savannah Southern Cinnamon Mix
Heat the Mixture in a crockpot on low for several hours.
The drink is better the longer it warms.
Mix 1/2 gallon cold apple juice
with 1-1 1/2 cup Orange Spice Mix. serve hot or cold.
Fill blender 3/4 full with ice add 3/4 cup Southern Peach Mix and 4
jiggers rum, blend until. You can substitute your favorite Savannah Mixes
Fill blender half full of ice, add 3 parts Strawberry Mix,
1 part lime juice, and 1 part light rum. Blend until smooth.
Brew good quality tea according to directions. To each quart of tea
add 1/2 cup Orange Spice Mix. Serve over ice (freeze equal parts Orange Spice
and water into cubes), garnish with an orange slice. Also wonderful in hot
tea-to each cup add 1 tablespoon or more of the Savannah Mix, to taste.
Pour into punch bowl 2-liter bottle of lemon-lime sodas, one 6-oz. can frozen
lemonade. and 2 cups Strawberry Mix. Stir gently, add ice ring. Make ahead
by pouring 1 bag whole frozen strawberries into ring mold and filling with
lemon-lime soda and freeze till solid-then float in punch. Also good made
with Raspberry or Black Cherry Mix.
and Cream Punch
Pour 1 cup Peach Mix for each 1/2 gallon cold milk over 1 quart vanilla ice-cream
in a punch bowl. Freeze Peach Mix with peach slices and mint leaves in ice
cube tray, and float the cubes in the punch.
Shake well: 1 jigger(1 1/2oz.) Southern Comfort Juice from 1/4 lime. 1 jigger
Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Cocktail. 1oz. Georgia Peach Mix. Pour over
Combine 2 12-ox. cans frozen White Grape Juice, 3 cans water,
1 cup Raspberry Mix, 2 leter bottl eof ginger ale. Float 1/2 gallon vanilla
ice-cream in scoops on top of the punch-makes a very pretty party punch!
